Salesforce Scrum Master

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Salesforce Scrum Master to work on Remote basis.

Pay Rate:- $50/hr. W2

Must Have:-

• Bilingual in Portuguese
• This team specifically works with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and I would consider that experience a must have!
• 5+ years of previous experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required
• SAFe Certification is preferred, if no cert then 5 years in SAFe environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication and facilitation skills, ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
•  Identify and address any obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress.
• Assist in managing the product backlog and ensuring clear communication of requirements.
• Advocate for and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices within the team.
• Track and report on team performance metrics and progress towards sprint goals.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and help the team to identify and implement process enhancements.
