Job Description:

  • 15+ years of experience in development background on different technologies such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, JavaScript, Oracle CRM OnDemand, Java etc.
  • Good in team and stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience in handling a team of 50+
  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies for distributed teams.
  • Lead the Sprint Vision, Sprint planning, Reviews and Sprint retrospectives.
  • Ensuring effective CI/CD implementation.
  • Jira Tool – Setting up and maintaining SCRUM dashboards in Jira Collected and presented weekly Scrum Metrics to management.
  • Weekly metrics include Effort Burn-down charts, velocity charts, release plans & vision team updates.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolutions.
  • Allocating work, creating tasks using project management tool Jira and ensuring that all tasks are closed in a timely manner.
  • Protect the team from Over committed of user stories and Scope Creep.
  • Ability to engage and motivate teams towards a common goal.
  • Interacting with team members to ensure smooth progress of project work and ensuring adherence to quality norms throughout the implementation process
