Salesforce Senior Development Engineer / Architect

Job Overview:
As a Salesforce Senior Development Engineer, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions, contributing significantly to our organizational strategy and technological innovation. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce technologies, combined with a strong foundation in software development and system integration.

Qualifications:
·         Deep expertise in Salesforce development languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
·         Experience with Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, Heroku, etc.) and APIs (REST/SOAP).
·         Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, security model, and platform limits.
·         Proven track record in delivering scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
·         Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools.

Requirements:
·         Minimum of ten (10+) years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Salesforce development.
·         Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
·         Salesforce Developer/Architect certifications preferred.
·         Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
·         Strong problem-solving skills and experience in system rollout and implementation.

Work Environment: The role may involve occasional travel. Offers flexibility for remote or in-office work, as per company policy.
