What You’ll Do
You will play a critical role in helping our customers accelerate their use of Salesforce technology by advising on industry best practices, driving customer visioning and alignment, and architecting solutions for short and long-term customer success on the Salesforce platform. The Architect will also work with project teams and be responsible for assessing customer requirements and architecture and ensuring the overall solution maximizes the potential of the Salesforce platform. These solutions will be optimized to leverage our Salesforce.org products within the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Public Sector Foundation and the Salesforce platform. Ideally, the candidate has a Salesforce consulting and implementation background, Salesforce.com experience and is Salesforce certified. The candidate must be able to lead business requirement gathering sessions, produce functional requirements and solution/technical design documents. The candidate must also be able to manage client expectations and scope by working closely with the project manager and other Salesforce architect(s).
 

  • Become a highly certified and recognized Salesforce platform expert.
  • Oversee, and have accountability for, the successful completion of all components of assigned implementation work.
  • Lead business requirement gathering sessions and produce functional requirements and technical solution design documents.
  • Design and optimize business processes while working to standardize, simplify, and align to Salesforce and Salesforce.org product and solution capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and best practices around functional solution design, application development (e.g., Agile methodology) and user adoption strategies.
  • Develop testing, validation, and enablement plans to ensure alignment with the customer’s goals and overall project vision.
  • Analyze and identify potential project risks or issues and develop plans to address or mitigate.

 
What You'll Bring

  • 8 to 12 years of extensive experience in solution and technical design with the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud/ Salesforce Public Sector.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administration, Application Architect, Public Sector Foundation a plus.
  • Experience with the full project lifecycle of Salesforce Service Cloud, Integration implementations along with experience of working in Onsite/Offshore Delivery Model
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce application including configuration, triggers, process builders, workflows, visual force, apex coding, batch processes, and database design.
  • Salesforce LWC, Omni Script and third-party Integration
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies.
  • Skilled at analyzing and mapping complex business processes, while identifying opportunities for business process standardization and improvements.
  • Able to develop detailed project documentation (e.g., Process Flow Diagrams, Data Models, Solution Designs, Training Materials, etc.).
  • Team player with an ability to align a team, drive collaboration, and work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present a point of view to a variety of audiences.
