• Strong capability in bridging the gap between functional requirements and technical solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing robust, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

• Translate business requirements into effective IT strategies and roadmaps, utilizing design methodologies for optimal technical solutions and documentation.

• Lead project teams in developing cost-effective solutions that align with customer needs and adhere to development standards.

• Communicate complex solution concepts effectively to all management levels, establishing strong stakeholder relationships.

 

• Champion governance standards in architecture deliverables, while providing mentorship and career development support within IT, promoting a collaborative, diverse, and learning-focused environment.

• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud is essential, with proficiency in its sub-modules such as lead management, account and contact management, and opportunity tracking

• Experience with Field Service Lightning is highly desirable, focusing on optimizing field service operations and improving customer service delivery.

• Deep understanding of core business processes within Salesforce and/or SAP, particularly in areas like; Lead to Order, lead to opportunity, and opportunity to cash cycles.

 

• Skilled in mapping and optimizing these processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Experience with Vigience or a similar tool for integrating SAP with other cloud-based applications, enabling real-time data exchange and process automation is preferred

• Proficient in using, Workato or a similar tool for creating automated workflows and integrating disparate systems to enhance overall operational efficiency is preferred

• Prior experience or understanding of the automotive industry is advantageous, offering insights into the specific challenges and opportunities in this sector.
