Salesforce Solutions Architect

Required Qualifications:
The Contractor should be able to demonstrate the following skills.
·      Excellent communication and analytical skills to engage with business subject matter experts to solve business needs and resolve issues.
·      Excellent understanding of Salesforce integration techniques using APIs, Enterprise WSDL, WebServices, JSON and OAuth.
·      Experience with other languages such as .Net C#, Java, or others for use with system integrations
·      Outstanding knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and development strategies using Apex, Flows, Lightning and other platform technologies.
·      Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, permission set groups, sharing rules)
·       6+ years’ experience architecting and developing Salesforce/force.com solutions.
·      Certified Salesforce Application, System and/or Technical Architect with Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
·      Ability to prioritize workstreams simultaneously and deliver results for a fast-paced programs.
·      Excellent organizational skills and ability to analyze requirements and documents effectively.
·      Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
·      Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
·      Great resourcefulness and an instinct for surfacing value and pragmatic solutions
·      A strong customer orientation
·      Consistently maintains composure and professionalism.
·      Experience with Marketing Cloud and/or Call Center a plus.
·      Experience with JIRA a plus.
