Job Responsibilities  

•       Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.

•       Design scalable solutions to meet business requirements for customer service and support.

•       Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team.

•       Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

•       Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems.

•       Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as case management and omni-channel routing.

•       Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead testing efforts.

•       Collaborate with release management teams for deployments and continuous improvement.

•       Foster alignment between business and technology through collaborative interactions and facilitate crossteam

•       communication to enhance transparency and issue resolution.

•       Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions.

Mandatory Skills      

•       More than 7 years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud.

•       Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

•       Experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce Lightning.

•       Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I and II).

Required Education  

•       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study

 

Required Experience

•       Leading technical teams and managing Salesforce projects.

•       Agile development methodologies and tools.

•       Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components.

•       Additional experience with Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning is a plus.

•       Experience building integrations with Salesforce and 3rd-party APIs with the Salesforce platform. In-depth

•       knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API

•       Extensive development experience using Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic

•       solutions on the Salesforce platform.

•       Strong knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript frameworks, and SLDS framework.

•       Experience working in complex Salesforce environments, preferably with Salesforce Service Cloud.


 

Education

Bachelor's degree
