Key Skills/Knowledge

Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, FSC, and sales cloud implementation.
Proficient in APEX, TRIGGER, Lightning, LWC /LC, and SOQL
Must have knowledge in Salesforce configurations, including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval processes, Flows, Permission sets, profiles, SSO, etc.
Sound knowledge of Salesforce Security Model and Data Model
Must have sound implementation knowledge of Service Console, Live Agent/Omni Channel, and Knowledge Management
Preferable knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations
Must have certification: Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, AppBuilder, FSC
Must have knowledge of Copado or similar CI/CD Salesforce Tool
