Salesforce Technical Analyst

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Salesforce Technical Analyst to work on Remote basis.

Must Have:-

• Bilingual in Portuguese
• Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and strong preference for a bilingual candidate that speaks Portuguese. (There is a strong preference for someone who can speak Portuguese, as they have an offshore team in Portugal that is working on this project as well.)

Overview:

• They’re trying to automate the process for creating a customer or material in SAP. This person will build a Flow in Salesforce to get the basic information needed and send it to the SAP side. They’re using CPI to integrate with Salesforce. This person will need to work alongside the CPI team and the SAP team.

Duties 

• Work with the business to gather requirements as to what data is needed to create a new customer or material and where that is housed is Salesforce 
• Build Flows in Salesforce to send the necessary data to the SAP team to aid their automation efforts 
• Work with the CPI team to ensure data is properly and accurately sent 

Requirements 

• 3+ years in Salesforce 
• Sales Cloud 
• Service Cloud (Case Management) 
• Manufacturing Cloud is nice to have (environmental) 
• Commerce Cloud is nice to have (environmental) 
• Experience Cloud is nice to have (environmental) 
• Building Flows to gather the data the SAP team needs in order to create a customer or material (that data will then flow to SAP through CPI) 
• Copado Robotics Testing experience is nice to have 
• Portuguese is highly preferred, nearly required
