Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with proven experience in Sales Cloud and 
Experience Cloud, particularly within the Life Sciences or Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will 
possess strong leadership capabilities, hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations, and a deep 
understanding of the unique needs and challenges of the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries. 
Key Responsibilities: 
 Lead the design, architecture, and development of Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Sales 
Cloud and Experience Cloud. 
 Oversee the technical architecture and ensure the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise 
systems. 
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project 
managers, to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements. 
 Drive end-to-end Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry 
best practices.
 Provide technical leadership to the development team, offering guidance on Salesforce best practices, 
coding standards, and solution design. 
 Stay up to date with Salesforce product updates and industry trends, ensuring the platform evolves 
with business needs. 
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other 
enterprise systems. 
 Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Salesforce 
team. 
 Ensure data security, governance, and compliance, especially in relation to Life Sciences/Healthcare 
regulations (e.g., HIPAA). 
 Proficiency with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), 
and integrations. 
Requirements: 
 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation. 
 Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud is mandatory. 
 Previous experience working in the Life Sciences or Healthcare domain is required. 
 Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and best practices. 
 Proficiency with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), 
and integrations. 
 Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred, but not mandatory). 
 Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified 
Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly preferred. 
 Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and technical 
teams.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
