Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Description:

• 8+ years’ experience in building and architecting salesforce applications

• A proven track record working as part of a team on large/complex systems

• Partner with Solution Domain Lead architects (if necessary) to seek guidance or vet solutions impacting other domains.

• Architectural/technical experience with cloud native their platform as a service offering

• Exposure in Salesforce Sales cloud, Service cloud

Responsibilities:

· Working in a fast-paced environment with business, technology, and designers to build new capabilities, platforms, features and improving existing capabilities

· Responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting solutions on the force.com platform, drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements

· Build integrations between salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes

· Utilizing best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform

· Possessing deeper knowledge of public Cloud architectures and systems like AWS, Azure including security aspects

· Helping drive designs towards scalable platforms, asynchronous, functional, and reactive systems

· Thinking on feet and solving complex business and engineering problems

· Mentoring and guiding other engineers within the team

· Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively

· Verifying solutions by writing and executing automated test classes.

· Documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and ensure code is properly documented.

· Creating and maintaining a code repository to ensure a seamless deployment process for all team members.

· Staying current on the latest trends and Salesforce releases.

· Entirely self-directed, can solve business problems from inception to implementation, can solve business problems without explicit direction
