Salesforce Trainer - Duration: 18 Months with possible extension - Remote
Position Description
Providing Comprehensive Salesforce Training and Support
Expert Training
- Utilize expertise and patience to train new Salesforce users on best practices.
- Conduct engaging instructor-led virtual training sessions with clear, concise, and thorough content.
- Address basic to advanced questions from users regarding product development cycles, sprint schedules, user story backlog, and more.
- Offer ongoing guidance and assistance to address any challenges or questions related to Salesforce usage.
Technical Expertise
- Provide technical training for users during implementation and post Go-Live phases.
- Training topics include Accounting, Reports and Dashboards, Administrator, and Community Hub Administrator.
- Develop and update training materials such as manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and quick reference guides.
- Ensure training materials are up-to-date with the latest upgrade information and release notes.
Support And Resources
- Distribute additional support resources, roadmaps, and training slides to participants post-training.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business operations, translating them into effective Salesforce training programs.
- Safeguard PHI/PII/PCI information by taking appropriate steps to protect data.
Required Skills
- 4 years of Project Management experience.
- 4 years of experience with PMP Tools and concepts.
- 4 years of Salesforce training experience.
- 3 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data, create recommendations, and present information effectively.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear manner.
- Comfortable engaging with participants, answering questions, and providing clarifications.
- Capable of building collaborative relationships with stakeholders, users, and external vendors to achieve user adoption goals.
