Overview

The SAP ABAP position is crucial to our organization as it involves developing and maintaining ABAP programs to enhance and customize SAP functionalities to meet business requirements. The role requires strong technical and analytical skills to ensure the smooth operation of our SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities
 Design and develop ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms to support business processes

Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs

Perform debugging and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues in SAP systems

Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs for efficient system operation

Create and maintain technical documentation for developed programs and customizations

Required Qualifications
 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development

Extensive knowledge of SAP modules and their integration with ABAP 

Proficiency in programming languages such as ABAP, Java, and SQL

Experience in database management and performance optimization

Strong understanding of SAP development tools and methodologies

Ability to perform technical analysis and provide innovative solutions

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Knowledge of SAP Fiori, HANA, and other advanced SAP technologies is a
