Key Responsibilities

Design and develop within SAP Plant Maintenance to support new business processes in Enterprise Asset Management.
Conduct detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide innovative solutions.
Decompose user stories, derive technical demands, and create solution designs.
Build, operate, and maintain SAP applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Customize and extend SAP Fiori applications to improve user experience.
Troubleshoot and debug API-related issues, ensuring smooth operation of SAP applications.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand and enhance business processes.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to improving agile ways of working.
Work closely with external strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run.
Continuously improve support processes and the quality of user engagement.

Key Relationships/Interactions

Internal: Work closely with SAP Applications Teams, cross-functional teams (Assets, Procurement & Logistics, Finance, People Systems), Information Services Teams, and support teams within Technology & Autonomy.
External: Interface with external IT support vendors, including SAP and SAP AMS, serving as the initial point of contact for SAP Application Solutions.

Attributes Required

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in SAP development and methodologies.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP Lifecycle Management methodologies and processes. Proven front-end and back-end development skills. Knowledge of incident support and change requests processes. Business analysis engagement would be beneficial.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service focus.
Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
