Requirements :

Solution Design and Architecture Lead the design and architecture of SAP APO SNP CTM solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Implementation and Configuration Manage the implementation and configuration of SAP APO SNP CTM functionality, including master data setup, planning profiles, product allocation strategies, and deployment parameters.
Integration Management Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP APO SNP CTM with other SAP modules e.g., SAP ERP, SAP APO DP and external systems.
Customization and Enhancements Drive the customization and enhancement of SAP APO SNP CTM functionality to meet specific business needs, leveraging ABAP programming and SAP enhancement frameworks.
Testing and Quality Assurance Develop comprehensive test plans and execute system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and performance testing to validate the functionality and performance of SAP APO SNP CTM solutions.
Training and Knowledge Transfer Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users and key stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of SAP APO SNP CTM functionality.
Documentation and Governance Create and maintain documentation related to SAP APO SNP CTM solution design, configuration, and processes. 
Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in SAP APO SNP CTM processes and functionality, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
9 plus years of experience in SAP APO SNP Optimizer implementation and support, with a focus on supply chain planning and optimization.
Proven experience in leading end to end SAP APO SNP CTM projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, including demand planning, supply planning, production planning, and inventory optimization.
Hands on experience with SAP ECC ERP Central Component integration and data transfer mechanisms e.g., IDoc, RFC.
Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and debugging skills is preferred.
SAP certification in relevant modules e.g., SAP SCM, SAP APO is a plus.
