Job Responsibilities

Administration:
Performs administration and configuration tasks, including but not limited to managing delegations, approvals, commodity codes, templates and reports.
Partners with Sourcing to create, implement and manage catalogs in Ariba.
Manages users, roles, and permission levels within Ariba.
Supports supplier enablement activities to onboard suppliers onto the Ariba network.

Support:
Provides technical and functional support for multiple SAP Ariba modules, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Performs testing of fixes and solutions implemented to address performance issues.
Performs intake, analysis, design, build, test and deployment of enhancement requests.
Logs and manages enhancement and service requests with SAP Ariba.

Minimum:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience with SAP Ariba (P2O and Contracts Modules)
