| Mandatory Skills | • ideally 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis • proficient in Linux and Windows with expertise in Oracle and HANA • experience in SAP router, System Landscape Directory and troubleshooting of ABAP and Java platforms • exposure to Azure technology for SAP hosted systems • manage storage solutions for virtual database files, hard disks and application data • proficient with other software development tools, such as JIRA, GitHub • ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking • confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences • ITIL qualified & proficient in using Service Now is an advantage |
