SAP BASIS with Azure

The SAP Basis Administrator is responsible for the conception, planning, setup, and technical hands-on cloud migration of Assess the SAP platform and dependent workloads, evaluate sizing considerations for the SAP platform, migrate the platform and SAP workload. SAP landscape, as well as for their interfaces.

Primary responsibilities include oversight of and hands on configuring, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting migration of SAP technical environment.

 This position is also responsible for the development and maintenance of policies and procedures, relating to operation and support of the SAP environment covering change management, including backup/restore, disaster recovery, audit and in conjunction with the hosting team maintenance of the technical infrastructure reference documents such as technical architecture, interface references, hardware, and software assets.

 The candidate must able to derive desired figures on VM sizing, storage calculation, Uptime factors, Licensing factor, HA/Redundancy mechanism. Must have hands on various migration approaches and different databases like Oracle, MaxDB, Sybase. SQL and HANA.
