Job Description:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Lead or participate in the implementation of SAP Group Reporting solutions, including SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) or SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting. Configure and customize SAP Group Reporting applications to meet the organization's financial consolidation and reporting requirements.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze financial consolidation processes and reporting requirements within the organization to identify areas for improvement and optimization using SAP Group Reporting solutions. Work closely with finance and accounting stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Solution Design: Design end-to-end financial consolidation and reporting solutions based on business requirements, leveraging SAP Group Reporting best practices and functionalities. Develop integration strategies between SAP Group Reporting and other SAP modules or third-party systems.
  • System Testing and Support: Conduct system testing including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Provide support during the testing phase and post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize performance. 
  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP Group Reporting applications. Create documentation including user manuals, process flows, and configuration documents. 6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial consolidation processes with overall business objectives. Work closely with SAP Group Reporting implementation partners and vendors as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP Group Reporting developments and industry trends. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial consolidation processes and SAP Group Reporting system.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in SAP Group Reporting implementation and configuration.
  • Experience with SAP BPC or SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation principles, reporting standards (such as IFRS or GAAP), and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with integration between SAP Group Reporting and other SAP modules (such as SAP ERP) and external systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP Group Reporting configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of SAP BPC or SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting functionalities, data models, and consolidation methods.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori user interface and SAP Analytics Cloud integration with SAP Group Reporting.
