Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integration solutions using SOAP, HTTP, SuccessFactors, JDBC, IDOC, File, AS2, RFC, ABAP Proxy, OData, REST, Process Direct, JMS, AMQP, and SAP B2B adapters on PI and CPI platforms.
Design and implement CPI standard and custom interfaces.
Integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central with various systems, including ADP, Active Directory, SAP ECC, and S/4HANA.
Create custom CPI SuccessFactors integrations.
Manage different types of authentication methods and their configurations.
Handle SuccessFactors related integrations using CPI, Integration Center, and SAP API Management.
Work on EDI integrations, API management, and AMS projects.
Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and service level management (SLM).
Integrate recruitment systems like Smart Recruiters for interfaces such as personal data management and job history.
Utilize SuccessFactors Compound Employee and various SOAP and ODATAv2 entities.
Integrate with systems like Workday, Field Glass, and HR Web systems.
Utilize B2B Add-on and Seeburger for EDI interfaces using NWDS.
Design objects using NWDS for SAP 7.5 single stack.
Manage all aspects of SAP PI implementation project initiation, planning, implementation, and go-live support.
Develop graphical, Java, and XSLT-based message mappings and user-defined functions and lookups.
Utilize CPI pallet options for message transformations, enrichment, and splitting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with SOAP, HTTP, SuccessFactors, JDBC, IDOC, File, AS2, RFC, ABAP Proxy, OData, REST, Process Direct, JMS, AMQP, and SAP B2B adapters.
Extensive experience in SAP CPI and PI platforms.
Strong experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
Proven track record in creating custom CPI SuccessFactors integrations.
Experience with authentication methods and configuration.
In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors related integrations with CPI, Integration Center, and SAP API Management.
Experience in integrating SuccessFactors with ADP, Active Directory, SAP ECC, and S/4HANA.
Hands-on experience with EDI integrations, API management, and AMS projects.
Experience in incident management, service request management, problem management, and SLM.
Experience with integrating recruitment systems like Smart Recruiters.
Proficiency in SuccessFactors Compound Employee and various SOAP and ODATAv2 entities.
