Job Responsibilities

 

The SAP BSA will be responsible to lead the business processes definition, implementation, and configuration activities within SAP Sales process using SAP CRM Sales, SAP SD & SAP VC modules. The BSA will analyze complex business problems (new requirements and incidents) and help define the solution within SAP.

 

●              Interfaces with Business and IT cross functional teams to identify and resolve business systems problems and consults with various users to identify potential improvements.

 

●              Identify gaps and provide expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications to scale new and current systems and processes.

 

●              Accurately translates and documents business requirements into functional specifications to solve business problem.

 

●              Configure system settings and options; plan, execute and document unit and cycle testing. Support business end users during integration and user acceptance testing to meet business requirements.

 

●              Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues and technical projects (upgrades, enhancements, acquisitions).

 

●              Leads the project management process to keep the projects on track.

 

●              Specific emphasis in the areas of Opportunity / Quotation / Sales Order management in a manufacturing environment leveraging Configurable Products.

 

●              Works on SAP CRM Sales & SAP Sales and Distribution (SD); Order types, Item categories, schedule line categories, condition technique to determine pricing, tax, accounts, output, partners, etc.

 

●              Enhances custom applications built on SAP WebDynpro, SAP Portal, SAP WebUI(CRM) & SAP Fiori.

 

●              Drives discussions with technical teams such as ABAP, Basis, Portal and Security.

 

●              Collaborate with supply chain team to solve business problems related to planning, manufacturing, and logistics.

 

●              In-depth integration of sales & finance to work on invoicing, trade (GTS), costing, etc.

 

●              Applies new dimension tools and concepts such as robotic process automation, process mining, data mining, etc and add value to the business process & solutions.    

 

●              Performs hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects.

 

●              Assess the risks of various solutions looking across multiple applications.

 

●              Clearly articulate the impact of business problems and benefits using business language
