SAP BW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Analytics Developer to join our team of experts. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for creating detailed blueprints, developing solutions, and providing application support across various SAP Analytics areas including BW on HANA, BW4HANA, Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), Business Objects (BO), SAP Analytics (SA), and SAP Datasphere/Data Warehouse (DW). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of SAP Analytics solutions to meet our business requirements.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Provide Business, Functional, and Technical Support:
 

• Serve as a primary point of contact for business users, offering support and guidance on SAP Analytics solutions.
   
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by users, providing timely resolution and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and configurations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
   

Requirements Gathering and Gap Assessment:
 

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to SAP Analytics.
   
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify gaps between current business processes/configurations and desired outcomes.
   
• Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
   

Technology Consulting and Solution Development:
 

• Leverage expertise in SAP Analytics to provide technology consulting services, offering insights, alternatives, and recommendations to address identified gaps.
   
• Collaborate with architects and other team members to design comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
   
• Develop and implement customized solutions across various SAP Analytics platforms, including BW on HANA, BW4HANA, BPC, BO, SA, and DW.
   

Full Implementation of SAP Datasphere/Data Warehouse:
 

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Datasphere/Data Warehouse solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
   
• Configure and customize SAP Datasphere/Data Warehouse components to meet specific business requirements, leveraging best practices and standards.
   

Testing and Defect Resolution:
 

• Lead testing efforts for implemented SAP Analytics solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
   
• Collaborate with QA teams and end-users to identify and resolve defects, ensuring the stability and reliability of deployed solutions.
   
• Document test results, issues, and resolutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
   

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics development and implementation, with proficiency in BW on HANA, BW4HANA, BPC, BO, SA, and DW.
Strong understanding of SAP Analytics architecture, data modeling, and reporting concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
Experience in technology consulting, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in SAP tools and technologies, including SAP HANA, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform.
 

1. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project deliverables to completion.
    
2. SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
    
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
