We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP Callidus Business Analyst to join our team in RTP. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sales Compensation processes and the ability to drive customer discussions. You will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Callidus solutions related to sales compensation. Knowledge of Cisco and its sales compensation processes is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand sales compensation needs and requirements.
Drive customer discussions and facilitate meetings to define business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Callidus solutions.
Support the sales compensation process from end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide expertise in SAP Callidus configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Document functional specifications and business requirements.
Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements to the existing sales compensation process.
Manage testing, data migration, and post-implementation support.
Ensure timely and effective communication with both technical and business teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Sales Compensation processes.
Strong expertise in SAP Callidus or similar sales compensation tools.
Ability to drive customer discussions, gather requirements, and present solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in business process analysis, documentation, and requirements gathering.
Cisco knowledge is highly desirable but not required.
