We are seeking a talented SAP Callidus Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality SAP Callidus solutions to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Callidus software, ensuring that it aligns with our clients' business objectives and drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Lead end-to-end implementation projects of SAP Callidus solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

•             Customize SAP Callidus software to meet the specific needs of clients, configuring settings, workflows, and business rules within the system.

•             Integrate SAP Callidus with other enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, CRM, and HR systems to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.

•             Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use SAP Callidus software and offer ongoing support to address any issues or questions.

•             Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and advise on best practices for utilizing SAP Callidus solutions to optimize sales performance and incentive compensation processes.

•             Leverage the reporting and analytics capabilities of SAP Callidus to provide insights into sales performance, incentive compensation effectiveness, and revenue optimization.

•             Ensure that SAP Callidus solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly regarding incentive compensation and sales performance management.

•             Stay updated on the latest developments, updates, and best practices within the SAP Callidus ecosystem through training, certifications, and participation in user communities.
