Key Responsibilities:
Client Configuration & Testing: Assist clients with the setup, configuration, and testing of Callidus commissions systems, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives.
Solution Understanding & Guidance: Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' existing solutions and lead them through modifications, optimization, and integration projects.
Year-over-Year Plan Changes: Manage and implement year-over-year plan changes, optimizing the commissions systems to meet evolving business requirements.
Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to integration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in solution design, leveraging current technologies and best practices to address key customer requirements and enhance product functionality.
Essential Skills:
Proven consulting experience with Callidus Commissions, including configuration and implementation.
Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Experience with SAP Cloud Architecture and related technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and design effective solutions
