Job Title: SAP CPQ Consultant (Technical)

Location – Remote - (Chicago, IL - Might need to go onsite once/twice a quarter)

General
 

• Ensure that the CPQ solution is continuously at the optimal levels of efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct regular monitoring and assessment of the CPQ solution to address areas with performance challenges that can be resolved or improved.
• Configure minor updates to the CPQ solution to adjust for any changes needed to support client software/system upgrade requirements.
• Provide appropriate CPQ testing for upgrade releases.
• Create an appropriate backup for any CPQ production changes prior to any CPQ code change.
• Drive the risk mitigation process for any SAP/Callidus CPQ upgrade releases.
  
   

Bug Fixes/Troubleshooting
 

• Provide support on production tickets reported by the client for CPQ related items.
• Categorize the CPQ Production Tickets according to the severity level (critical, major, minor, minimal), which determines the required turnaround time of resolution.
• Assess and provide feedback on giving an estimate on how much time each CPQ Production Ticket will take to resolve.
   

Data/Analytics 
 

• Support the data analytics and KPI reporting.
• Monitor transmission of data on a daily basis to support analytics.
• Ensure a clean and comprehensive data stream from CPQ to BO/EDW.
  
   

Integration

 

• SAP ECC, Salesforce, EDW (Datawarehouse)
