Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in SAP CRM support and implementation.

Strong understanding of CRM and Sales & Distribution integration.

Proficiency in order creation, service issue handling, and credit/debit/return processes.

Experience integrating CRM with other systems like Gateway, BW, and SMTP.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of SAP C/4HANA - Marketing Cloud.

Familiarity with SAP CRM Interaction Center.

Experience with SAP CRM lead roles.
