Description

Must have 4+ Years of SAP Experience
The candidate must have hands-on experience with SAP Service Management module and have worked as Service Management SME, SAP CS & SAP PM
Configured Service Tickets, Service Order, and Service Confirmation 
Good understanding of end to end business processes like Installation, repair, Maintenance 
Has experience in conducting requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business blueprint, functional design workshops, configuration, implementation, cutover, support and change management 
Additionally, experience in SAP FSM solution be a plus 
SAP Field Service Management/ Core systems certification would be a plus
