Description

SAP Customer Service functional consultant with minimum 4 years of experience in SAP CS and PM

Must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules

Must be proficient in the following business processes: Field service, Project Planning, Creation, Costing, Revenue, Billing, Monitoring, Repair Project Planning

Understand Client’s As-Is design in Maintenance, Service and Warranty processes and propose various Solution designs according to their requirement

Reporting Experience in third party Integration with SAP Service and maintenance orders

Candidate must be proficient in the customer service and plant maintenance SAP modules

Ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with customer expectation

Good to have experience in S/4 Service
