SAP Delivery Lead

JOB TITLE : SAP Delivery Lead - HR
Client : Volkswagen
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Duration: 12 Months
Must have : 12+ years of implementing SAP HCM 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

12+ years of implementing SAP HCM
7+ years of implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud-based SaaS)
Experience in modules including but not limited to: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation, Variable Payment, Succession & Development, and Reporting.
Experience in HR business processes.
Prior delivery lead or program management experience working in complex global environments.
Experience working in matrixed organizations.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Hands-on configuration experience in both on-prem and cloud environments
Experience working on technical aspects of the program including but not limited to data migration, complex interfaces, and architecture.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior members of the organization including steering committee members and sponsors.
