Description

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
  • Employee Central Certification is a must.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Global benefits, Intelligent services, and knowledge in integrations with other 3rd Party tools and SAP HCM
  • Minimum 1 End-to-end implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Benefits and experience in SAP HCM
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
  • Able to travel to client sites within Canada.
  • Good to know the additional SuccessFactors modules
