Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
Employee Central Certification is a must.
Minimum of 3 years working experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Global benefits, Intelligent services, and knowledge in integrations with other 3rd Party tools and SAP HCM
Minimum 1 End-to-end implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Benefits and experience in SAP HCM
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Excellent client service skills
Highly organized, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Understanding of business processes related to Core HR.
Able to travel to client sites within Canada.
