SAP ERP TEST LEAD

Test Lead Responsibilities:

·     Test status reporting at both the detailed and management information level.
·     Test management background with a proven history of success.
·     Experience of having designed and implemented test frameworks on large scale programs and enhancing existing test processes.
·     A strong understanding of test management processes, design techniques, and best practice
·     Knowledge of Specification based Black Box, Structured based White Bo and /or Experience based testing techniques.
·     A broad knowledge of the project lifecycle - Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases. Analyze and report results, track defects, and participate in day-to-day QA support activities.
·     Creation of automated and manual test cases. Review and Execution of test cases.
·     Interaction with development and business during the project testing life cycle
·     Automation Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, DB testing and SOAP/REST testing
Ensure all documentation and scripts are maintained and kept up to date with application changes.
·     Report on the defect status for assignments to Lead management and project partners.

Building and cultivating strong relationships with integration stakeholders at all levels, including Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Development, Security and Production Support.

Minimum Qualifications:

10-12 years’ experience delivering QA testing for large scale ERP / SAP Implementation
Experience in professional services industry with full life cycle implementations as QA Lead.
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in hands on QA and working in teams 
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Should be proficient in Business Analysis.


Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
Experience in managing large scale implementations.
Experience in implementing SAP ERP in professional services industry.
Experience in Public cloud applications testing.
SQL/DB knowledge
Agile test methodologies
Experience verifying highly available systems’ performance for effectiveness, growth/scaling requirements, security, and compliance.
Previous participation in a complete, ground-up product deployment.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Power BI
