Job Description:
·Support EWM defect fixes / Service requests and Problem management issues.
·Work closely with process owner and business partners to resolve the issues.
·Coordinate with offshore/ core functional and technical teams in order to resolve the day-today issues.
·Monitoring and fixing the queues prior to the incident request.
·Support across all region’s requests including NA, LTAM, EMEA and APAC
·Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP EWM Implementation /Production support experience 
·Must have experience in EWM Inbound/Outbound/Internal processes.
·Exposure to EWM TM and Production integration scenarios
·Client facing skills – clarity, communication, E2E architecting experience in EWM. Should not need hand holding or learner on the job.
·Good working knowledge and experience communicating and collaborating with business and IT team. 
·Self-Starter and Front leader 
·More than 7 years of experience required
