 Job Description: SAP EWM Consultant with Pick by Voice Module

Position: SAP EWM Consultant (Pick by Voice Module)

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Consultant specializing in the Pick by Voice module to support our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP EWM solutions to improve warehouse operations. This role requires strong expertise in SAP EWM and a deep understanding of voice-picking technologies. The position operates in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP EWM solutions, with a focus on the Pick by Voice module.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and develop customized solutions to meet specific client needs.
• Perform system testing, integration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in project planning, management, and status reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and support.
• Proven expertise in the Pick by Voice module and related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and best practices.
• Experience with integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
• Ability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP EWM certification.
• Experience with S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in a remote work environment.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position, based in India.
• Must be available to work during EST business hours.
