• 10+ years of experience in SAP EWM
• In-depth understanding of IM, EWM and warehousing best practices
• System integration experience with EDI, 3Pls, Transportation Management tools and good understanding of best logistics practices
• Effective communicator with good leadership and problem-solving skills facing project risks
• Support Super users during deployment Waves, working onsite
• Provide functional knowledge of the latest solution release.
• Provide support to enable the super users to become Self-sufficient in the system operations.
• Provide guidance to support & address End user queries.
• Supporting Super user in other Project deliverables
• Data Collection exercises
• User Acceptance Testing
• Data Validation
• Data Cleansing queries
• Cut Over tasks & Hypercare activities
• Work closely with the Core Solution Team for functional topics.
