JOB Description
8-12 years of SAP S/4 FICO experience
Experience leading an SAP Finance track
End to end management of the SAP Service management function (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management)
Experience within ITIL environments and well versed with AMS projects.
Experience working in an onshore-offshore model, team building and developing the SAP support team
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism.
Ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks in customer IT/Business and SAP Ecosystem
