About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Project/Program Manager to lead and deliver complex finance SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the SAP FICO domain, with a strong understanding of both SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA. Experience in managing migrations from SAP ECC to S4HANA is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage SAP FICO projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.

Governance and Risk Management: Implement governance frameworks, track project progress, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Collaboration: Work closely with wider client teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful delivery of S4HANA migration programs.

Migration Expertise: Utilize experience in SAP ECC to S4HANA migrations to guide clients through the transition process.

Required Skills and Experience:

SAP FICO Expertise: Deep understanding of the SAP FICO domain, including both SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA.

Project Delivery: Proven track record of delivering complex finance SAP projects.

Migration Experience: Experience in managing and executing SAP ECC to S4HANA migrations.

Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Governance and Risk Management: Ability to implement governance frameworks and effectively track and mitigate risks.

Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work with diverse client teams.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP FICO project management.

Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
