Type: Contract 
on W2.
Preferred Visa: GC Holder, GC EAD or USC  Remote

Must Have Experience:
1.    FICO Modules – AR, AP, GA, GL, MM, SD, etc. 
2.    S4 HANA
3.    EBS/Lockbox Configuration
4.    Enabling/Configuring Outputs to Customers & Vendors (Payment Advice, Customer Statements etc…)
5.    Mid-Large scale Data Migration including validation and clean up

•    This role is more on the FICO side- the person needs to have a good solid knowledge about all sub ledgers-
o    Other key part is the person should have solid experience in S4 environment- doesn’t want ECC- must be s4

Job summary:
As the Sr. SAP FICO Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful design, delivery and adoption of SAP Finance processes and leveraging the standard integration solutions of S4/HANA. This role will also be required to successfully build credible partnerships across business functions, stakeholders, and IT to achieve the intended value propositions of strategic initiatives. As a critical resource of BioCareSD growing IT team, you will be working with IT leadership, other business analysts, and AMS partners to deliver scalable solutions and industry best practices.

Primary responsibilities:
•    Serve as SAP Analyst for the business processes enabled by S/4 HANA’s FICO modules (AR, AP, FA, GL)
•    Responsible for supporting the S4/HANA solution, development, and rollout for all FICO enhancements, projects and support operations
•    Champion and drive standard SAP solution adoption across the Supply Chain processes
•    Gather business requirements, develop process flows and end-to-end functional designs, prepare functional requirement documents for developers, develop test cases, and assist training team
•    Conduct Business Process Analysis using the People, Process, and Technology framework; suggest process improvements and reengineering with focus on process automation and simplification
•    Drive business process transformation and continuous improvement with key business partners
•    Partner with key stakeholders in building a FICO roadmap and participation on all projects impacting Finance and Accounting team
•    Effectively communicate complex concepts and solutions to all levels of the organization; facilitate and drive decision-making and consensus-building
•    Analyzing business requirements and implementing the S/4 HANA best practice to meet those requirements
•    Leading the development and implementation of SAP systems, including customizations, extensions, and integrations
•    Providing technical and functional guidance to the project team and stakeholders
•    Lead the root cause identification and correction for break/fix FICO defects
•    Identifying opportunities to improve system performance and recommending solutions to address those opportunities

Preferred education, competencies, knowledge, skills, and abilities:
•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
•    Minimum 5+ years of overall experience developing and configuring solutions in SAP FICO modules
•    Must have at least one full S4/HANA implementation (requirements gathering, detailed design, configuration, testing support, go-live support)
•    Having pharma distribution experience is plus
•    Versed in interaction between SAP FICO and Vistex
•    Understand key integration points between the other SAP modules
•    Possess good knowledge of Release Management, Change Management processes
