Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support SAP FICO modules (Finance and Controlling) to enhance business functionalities and overall performance.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions using SAP FICO.
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements.
Perform data migrations, integrations, and provide post-implementation support.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Work closely with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure effective usage of SAP FICO modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO functionalities.
Conduct periodic system audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end financial solutions.
Provide expert advice on financial reporting and accounting practices using SAP FICO.
Key Requirements:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and controlling.
Hands-on experience with SAP CO (Controlling) sub-modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in SAP FICO will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel between Vadodara and Mumbai as required.
