Responsible for providing implementation and delivery services for SAP products, designing and deploying solutions using the company’s products, deploying and supporting mobile solutions across different mobile operating systems, delivering training programs remotely and on-site, preparing scope of work documents by providing task/time details

Reporting and documenting product issues to development and achieving utilization targets according to predetermined goals.
