This is an expected client contract-to-hire position.

ERP Functional Lead - HCM/Payroll

6 month contract to hire position

Houston, Texas onsite work required

Job Responsibilities:

• SAP Team Leadership experience across the Functional modules SAP ECC HCM, Payroll and SuccessFactors
• Monitoring and managing daily ERP operational support, IT Services desk, and support functions to ensure optimal service to business partners.
• Work with Functional team members on service tickets to ensure they are meeting the Service level agreements.
• Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
• Hands-on Experience working with one or more of the SAP Modules HCM, Payroll and Success Factors.
• Work with technical team lead and make sure the Functional Specification requirements are accurate.
• Ability to own initiatives, make recommendations and mentor team members when needed.
• Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for major incident reviews.
• Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
• Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery.
• Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
• Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 10 years SAP team leadership experience cross-functionally in HCM, Payroll and SuccessFactors
