• 8+ Years of hands-on support and implementation in SAP Sales & Distribution & GTS, take responsibility for SAP SD/GTS related Incident and Change Mgmt. incl. Enhancements.
• Work closely with business super users and other EAS system analysts to define and design future solutions for order management operation; capture requirements, design and develop a system solution 
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet the business requirements
