SAP GTS – Program Analyst--PD

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

★ Provide hands-on support in SAP Sales & Distribution & GTS, take responsibility for SAP

SD/GTS related Incident and Change Mgmt. incl. Enhancements

★ Work closely with business super users and other EAS system analysts to define and

design future solutions for order management operation; capture requirements, design

and develop a system solution

★ Analyze complex business problems or requirements and design cost-effective and

suitable solutions to meet them, incl. cross functional integration aspects between the

modules

★ Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and

procedures that are cost-effective and meet the business requirements

★ Develop and continually maintain skills in SAP features, functions, and processes

★ Develop skills in configuring the SAP system as required by the business

★ Configure system settings and options; plan and support the unit, integration, and

acceptance testing

★ Develop test scenarios, test plans & other documentation, incl. master data setup

★ Prepare for and conduct training for business users and others in SAP functions

★ Work with internal & external developers to develop and test programs

★ Design and write functional and work with the developer to deliver the changes

★ Use software tools to analyze SAP database in the process of data validation and solving

business issues

★ Adhere to Varian’s process in managing the changes through the technical landscape"
