SAP HANA Functional Consultant

Job Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SAP HANA functional designs.
Develop and execute Segmentation Reporting within SAP HANA to deliver actionable insights and drive business decision-making.
Provide expert guidance on ECC functionalities and their integration with SAP HANA, ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to ensure high performance and stability of SAP solutions.
Lead workshops and training sessions to educate and support users on SAP HANA functionalities and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including technical consultants, developers, and business analysts.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to enhance the SAP landscape continuously.
Provide post-implementation support and maintenance, addressing any issues and optimizing system performance.
Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA and ECC environments.
Proven experience in at least one full SAP HANA implementation project.
Strong expertise in Segmentation Reporting within SAP HANA.
In-depth knowledge of ECC modules and their integration with SAP HANA.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues promptly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
SAP certification in HANA or ECC is a plus.
