Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled HCM ABAP Consultant with 5-7 years of experience in ABAP development with a focus on SAP HCM modules. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining custom ABAP programs and enhancements within the SAP S/4HANA environment to support HR business processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP programs and solutions specific to SAP HCM modules.
Collaborate with HR functional consultants to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of ABAP programs.
Develop and maintain documentation for ABAP programs, including technical specifications, test scripts, and user guides.
Enhance and customize SAP HCM functionalities such as PA, OM, Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY).
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ABAP programs and customizations.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in ABAP development as per Sisecam standards.
Perform ATC checks and ensure compliance with code quality and performance standards.
 

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in ABAP development, with a strong focus on SAP HCM modules.
Proficiency in ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversions (RICEFW objects).
Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, TM, PY, etc.
Experience with ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modern ABAP syntax.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environment and integration with HCM.
Experience with ATC (ABAP Test Cockpit) checks and ensuring compliance with code quality and performance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across globe.
