Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing SAP HCM implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management).
  • Strong project management experience, including experience with methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP or SAP certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cloud-based SAP HCM solutions.
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
