Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional/Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM (ECC 6.0) with hands-on experience in delivering complex projects, business process design, and leadership in implementation projects. This role requires an individual capable of working with senior leadership and stakeholders while applying ITIL/ITSM best practices and leveraging tools such as ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP HCM functional workstreams across projects of various sizes.
Design and debug SAP-related interfaces to ensure seamless integration within the organization's systems.
Deliver end-to-end services using SAP HCM across various business domains.
Design business processes aligned with SAP HCM implementation strategies and ensure optimization.
Act as a functional or technical lead in SAP HCM implementation projects.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and senior leadership to provide status updates and presentations.
Manage support and enhancement projects as a functional or technical lead, driving continuous improvement.
Perform coding and configuration for SAP HCM as needed.
Apply ITIL/ITSM methodologies for service management, ensuring operational efficiency.
Utilize ServiceNow for ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand management.
Leverage Microsoft Office 365 tools and Microsoft ADO Testing Module to document and manage project deliverables.
Qualifications:
5+ years of SAP HCM functional experience in SAP ECC 6.0 across projects of various sizes.
5+ years of experience designing and debugging SAP-related interfaces.
8+ years of expertise in delivering services via SAP HCM for complex projects.
5+ years of experience in designing business processes for HCM implementation.
Completed at least one hands-on SAP HCM implementation project as a functional or technical lead.
3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
Proven experience with support and enhancement projects in a leadership role.
Proficiency in SAP HCM coding and configuration.
Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices.
Experience with ServiceNow in ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Information Systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
