  • Job responsibilities for the SAP HR support candidate:
  • Strong experience in configuring the personnel administration, organization management, and time management modules of SAP HR
  • Experience in writing the functional specification document and working with the development team to resolve issues
  • Ability to create test scripts independently based on requirements
  • Overall solid functional knowledge of HR processes
  • Identify the root cause of known problems and implement corrective actions working with the relevant teams
  • Functional SAP resource needed for updating work locations in SAP
  • Functional SAP resource for configuring and testing new sites
  • Good communication skills
  • Some of the known issues that this person is expected to work on, to begin with:
  • Mini master not updating the employees in SAP
  • Missing employee profiles in Salesforce due to the above issue
  • Cumulus timecards issues
  • Vendor master issues due to cost center mismatches
  • New enhancements to configure SAP HR lite mainly for acquisitions/mergers
  • New Work location updates in SAP
