SAP HR TEST LEAD

Job Description:
·        Years of experience: 5 to 7 years Must Have: - 
·        Must have SAP HR Functional Expertise.
·        Experience in Personnel administration (PA), Personnel time management, Payroll accounting and organizational management.
·        Experience in Success Factor 
·        Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios. 
·        Conduct thorough testing of file transfer mechanisms from local environments to Middleware like Seeburger and MessageWay.
·        Validate file integrity, format, and content post-transfer, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 
·        Perform integration testing to guarantee seamless functionality between systems. 
·        Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to address any issues and ensure smooth deployment.
·        Document test results, issues found, and suggest improvements in the file transfer process.
·        Strong proficiency in writing test cases, executing test scripts, and conducting various types of testing (integration, regression, etc.). 
·        Capability to perform validation across different servers and platforms. 
·        Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. 
·        Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

Good to have 
·        Knowledge of Shell script
·        Experience with Seeburger or MessageWay servers. 
·        Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies related to file transfer protocols and QA methodologies. 
·        Proven experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in testing file transfer processes and unix shell scripts
