Description

Required Experience in the following software:

  • SAP ECC or SAP S4/HANA

Preferred Experience in the following software:

  • Coupa or SAP Ariba
  • MCi TRACK
  • Hexagon EcoSys
  • SuccessFactors

Skills:

  • Understanding of common applications used at a Refinery
  • Strong technical abilities within application design, configuration, implementation, and support, of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Strong understanding of core ERP process and modules
  • Understanding of key ‘pain points’ in typical IT Applications environment
  • Ease / Proficiency in understanding complex business process and being able to translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience developing “how to use” type documents
  • Experience creating an applications inventory and portfolio
  • Team leadership skills: able to lead, communicate and interact with offsite Support teams
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), among IT, digital and business stakeholders 
  • Comfortable in a multi-tasking type environment
